Sastojci:
3 kom crnog luka
1 tikvica
10 listova kelja
1 cvet brokolija
4 čena belog luka
4-6 šolja vode ili bujona
½ šolje peršuna
sok od 1 limuna
začini- po ukusu

Priprema:
Na srednjoj temperaturi u šerpu sipajte kašiku maslinovog ulja, dodati crni luk i beli,  dinstati 5 minuta, povremeno mešati, zatim dodati tikvice, brokoli, kelj, sipajte vodu ili bujon, smanjite temperaturu i kuvajte 20 minuta dok sve ne omekša. Kada se skuva dodati peršun, limun i začine. Štapnim mikserom ili u blenderu samleti.
